IN STUNNING COLOUR

I'm simply amazed at the importance of colour on any given design communication. And impressed at the evolution of colour appeal in branding from one generation to the next. For example, in design school, many moons ago, we were warned to cautiously use the colour green when designing a logo. Back then, before the importance of this ecological-conscious society we live in, green was simply not a popular colour.

We strictly used it when designing for the stoic financial world or anything to do with Patrick the Saint. Today every company wants to convey their green(ness). Green can be everlasting, fresh, lively and especially caring. Take a look below at some stunning use of colour when conveying brand positioning.
